How to book at the lowest price guaranteed
Everyone wants to know that they have booked their holiday at the lowest price possible and Haven guarantees this with the Haven Price Promise when you book direct.
This is how it works: If at any time leading up to the arrival of your holiday, you see the total holiday cost of your exact Haven Holiday at a cheaper price (without the addition of referral codes), you can match your holiday to this price and receive a refund of the difference.
If you need to make a claim under the Price Promise because you have seen a cheaper price for your holiday then simply call Haven on 0333 202 5263, today’s pricing will be checked and if this shows a lower price, your holiday cost will be lowered to match the lower price and return any refunds if necessary.
