1. How do I make a booking at Premier Inn?
Premier Inn offers their lowest prices when you book direct online on their website www.premierinn.com. On the Premier Inn website you be able to check the availability in any Premier Inn, all you need to enter is the location, dates you'd like to stay, number of guests and your room preferences. You will then be shown all hotels in that location or nearby with availability for your chosen dates. 2. Do you have to show ID at Premier Inn? Normally you will only need your booking reference on check-in. However Premier Inn reserves the right to ask for photographic proof of identity and age if they suspect a guest may be underage. 3. What's the earliest I can check in? Your room will be ready for you from 3 pm on the day you're due to arrive. 4. What's the latest I can check out? Check out is by 12 noon on your agreed departure date. |
5. Can you check in earlier than 3pm at Premier Inn?
Premier Inn does offer an early check-in and late check-out facility in some airport hotels. The early check-in is from 10am and the late check out is until 4pm. Both options are charged (£10) and subject to availability at the individual hotel.
6. Can I change my arrival time?
Premier Inn hotels are manned 24 hours, this means as long as you have secured your room with a valid credit or debit card, you are able to check in anytime you wish to after the hours of 3 pm on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive later than 11 pm then we do suggest that you contact the hotel directly as the reception staff may lock the door for security reasons.
Because there is a 24 hour reception at all Premier Inn hotels there is no latest check in time.
7. What is Premier Inn's cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or change your booking then the policy will depend on the type of booking you made:
Flex allows you to cancel the booking right up to 1 pm on your day of stay.
Semi-Flex allows you to cancel up to 3 days before your stay.

1. What will I find in my Premier Inn room?

Most Premier Inns have family rooms that can accommodate a family consisting of up to two adults and two children (aged 16 and under), in a spacious, family sized room. Premier Inn can provide cots at no extra charge.
6. What is the maximum number of adults you can accommodate in any room?
Premier Inn policy does not allow more than 2 adults to a room therefore you will need to book two rooms or more if you have three or more adults in your party.
7. What age does Premier Inn classify as an adult?
At Premier Inn guests aged 16 years and above are classed as adults for the purposes of the free breakfast offer. However they must be aged 18+ to be able to stay in a Premier Inn unaccompanied and alone. They will allow a 16 or 17 year old to stay in a room alone provided that there is another adult aged 18+ who has parental / guardianship responsibility and is also staying in the hotel at the same time.
8. Do Premier Inn rooms have air conditioning?

9. Do Premier Inn provide hairdryers?
Most hotels do now have hairdryers in the rooms. If you are staying at one of the hotels that do not supply hairdryers in the rooms, you can borrow one from reception. You may be required to pay a deposit but this is refundable upon return of the hair dryer.
10. How many towels do you get in a Premier Inn?
One bath towel and one hand towel per adult per room is generally provided with more available on request.
11. Do Premier Inn provide Irons/Ironing boards?
Only the Premier Plus room has an Iron and board. For all other room grades the reception can loan out an Iron and board.
12. Are travel adaptors for electrical devices provided?
Whilst staying in a Premier Inn hotel you may need to bring along a UK travel adaptor if your electrical appliances are not of UK origin. Plugs in the UK are 3-pronged and run at 220-240V. Reception may be able to loan you one.

14. Can you watch Netflix / Prime in Premier Inn?
Yes, in theory. The basic free WiFi speed is not fast enough to stream movies but if you upgrade to the Ultimate WiFi then you should be able to watch movies using your own Netflix / Prime account. Note if you have a good mobile signal with a high data allowance you could opt to use this rather than the Premier Inn WiFi service.
15. What TV channels can I get at a Premier Inn?
