Some rooms are fully wheelchair accessible with integrated wet rooms. You will find accessible rooms either on the ground floor or higher floors served by a lift.

• any special mobility or dietary requirements;
• a need to store medication, e.g. insulin; and/or

Using electric scooters and wheelchairs in Warner Hotels
Guests who are Blue Badge holders are welcome to bring their mobility scooter to use during their stay. If you use a scooter or wheelchair for normal use a ground floor room should be requested at time of booking. If you choose an upper floor room or your vehicle is over 70cm wide you will need to book a ‘Wheelchair Accessible Room’.
In all cases wheelchairs and scooters must be stored inside your hotel room. Only 4 mph pavement vehicles are permitted within Warner Hotel premises and you must hold Public Liability Scooter Insurance.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are capable of safely operating your mobility scooter and for the security of your mobility scooter during your holiday.

Using electric scooters and wheelchairs in Warner Hotels
Guests who are Blue Badge holders are welcome to bring their mobility scooter to use during their stay. If you use a scooter or wheelchair for normal use a ground floor room should be requested at time of booking. If you choose an upper floor room or your vehicle is over 70cm wide you will need to book a ‘Wheelchair Accessible Room’.
In all cases wheelchairs and scooters must be stored inside your hotel room. Only 4 mph pavement vehicles are permitted within Warner Hotel premises and you must hold Public Liability Scooter Insurance.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are capable of safely operating your mobility scooter and for the security of your mobility scooter during your holiday.
No liability for any accident, loss or damage to you or your mobility scooter will be accepted by Warner Leisure Hotels, except to the extent that such loss or damage arises from our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors.

If you need to cancel a Warner's hotel break then what determines what monies you can recover depends upon whether or not you took out the Warner Holiday Protection Plan when you made your booking.
What is the Warner Holiday Protection Plan?
This is basically a holiday cancellation insurance product that Warner offers its guests if they book a break more than 12 weeks from the actual stay date. If you book within 12 weeks of the stay date you cannot take out this cover.
How the booking process works
If you book more than 12 weeks before you stay you will be asked to pay a deposit for the break and also offered the option to purchase the Warner Holiday Protection Plan, you can purchase the cover at the time of booking or you can choose to add it at a later date up to 12 weeks before the stay date, note you can never add it once you are within 12 weeks of the stay date.
If you book within 12 weeks of a stay you will be required to pay for the break in full at the time of booking and if you subsequently need to cancel the booking for any reason you will forfeit the entire cost.
