There is easy access to the South West Coastal Path and Dartmoor National Park close by providing an endless variety of walking routes to explore close to both the Dawlish Sands and Golden Sands holiday parks.The Dawlish Warren beach stretches for miles to reach the Exe estuary in one direction and Dawlish Town in the other.
For cyclists there is the Exe Estuary Trail right on the doorstep of the holiday parks and if you fancy pedalling further afield then there is the Tarka Trail in North Devon.

Both of the holiday park resorts provide a perfect base for a fantastic holiday in one of the UK's most picturesque seaside destinations. You have the choice of four grades of caravan accommodation at both Dawlish Sands and Golden Sands ranging from the budget Bronze grade, through to Silver then Gold and finally the luxury Platinum grade. Caravans can accommodate between 2 to 8 people in comfort with fitted kitchens, comfortable lounges and practical bathrooms. The Bronze and Silver grade have individual room heating while the Gold and Platinum grades offer central heating. All grades of accommodation come supplied with full bed linen and your beds are made up ready for your arrival ensuring your holiday gets off to a perfect start. There is a mini-mart on site in both resorts and you will also find a large Sainsbury's store less than 5 minutes drive away. |

Both parks provide plenty of on-site entertainment with Kids' Clubs and live evening entertainment, heated swimming pools, adventure playgrounds, family bars and amusement arcades. If you fancy venturing off-park then there is a wealth of activities right on your doorstep, close by there is the Funder Amusement Park and crazy golf, travel a little further and for water thrill seekers you will find Splashdown Quaywest Water Park in Paignton a 40 minute drive away or for history lovers a must see is Powderham Castle just a 10 minute drive away with plenty to keep the whole family entertained for a whole day. Finally the vibrant towns of Torquay and Brixham are close by, and Brixham harbour is one of the prettiest on the South Coast and why not visit the local city of Exeter which is just over half an hour's drive from the holiday park and offers great shopping, a wonderful Cathedral, hidden tunnel network and the Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Art Gallery to explore.
