- Once you have purchased your play pass you will be sent an email with your purchase receipt, keep this safe because you will need to bring it with you to collect your play pass on arrival
- Booking for both activities and restaurants opens 12 weeks before the start of your holiday - we recommend that you book early especially during peak season as activities get booked up early
- Remember to book for the free activities as well especially the swimming pools
- If you wish to book activities for the day you arrive then these will become available to book from seven days in advance and are available from 1pm onwards on your arrival day
