Can you use the swimming pools at Haven without a Play Pass? No, you need the Play Pass to access the swimming pools at Haven Holiday Parks. But remember without the play pass you cannot book any of the paid-for activities. If you have booked a ‘Haven Holiday’ it will include play passes for all guests but if you have booked a ‘Haven Hideaway’ it won’t. Similarly if you have booked a stay in a caravan through a third party like Airbnb or Booking.com from a private caravan owner the play passes will not be included unless you got this perk added into your deal. Top tips to ensure you make the most of your Haven Play Pass

- Once you have purchased your play pass you will be sent an email with your purchase receipt, keep this safe because you will need to bring it with you to collect your play pass on arrival
- Booking for both activities and restaurants opens 12 weeks before the start of your holiday - we recommend that you book early especially during peak season as activities get booked up early
- Remember to book for the free activities as well especially the swimming pools
- Booking for the swimming pools opens 28 days before your stay and you can pre-book up to 14 swimming sessions each lasting one hour.
- If you wish to book activities for the day you arrive then these will become available to book from seven days in advance and are available from 1pm onwards on your arrival day
