The Zip concept takes the general idea of having a city crash pad a step further and currently there is only one city trial site which is Cardiff. Zip pares back the room space further, think more cruise ship / camper van cabin with a configurable bed/sofa and a bathroom cubicle. Not every room has a window, some rely on a light-box for natural light. There is cafeteria type catering approach on offer.
