Haven offers a free WiFi service ​which still allows you to connect 4 devices to the internet and enjoy the standard speed as the 'paid for' packages, but the data allowance is limited to 300MB per 24hr which is enough to allow checking of emails and social media but would not be enough to watch an online movie.

• The system is operated by wifinity and there are a large range of packages available to suit everyone from short-term holidaymakers to caravan park owners spending many months on the site.
• No matter which WiFi package you buy there is a limit of 4 devices per email login - you will use an email login to access your account.
• Every paid for package offers the same 20GB data allowance per day, but the longer duration packages allow you to use this as you wish so for example you could use 5GB one day and 35GB the next, and so on.

How can I access WiFi in the Haven static caravans?
This depends on whether you are renting a caravan from Haven or you own your own caravan.

Renting a holiday caravan from Haven:

• You can purchase your own router and connect directly to the Haven WiFi service depending on the plan you have bought. It is also recommended that you invest in a signal booster aerial for the best performance.

Alternative solution for WiFi in Haven caravans:

• If you have a good mobile signal at your Haven Holiday park then you could either set up your phone as a mobile hotspot and then connect your other devices into this assuming you have an unlimited data plan or very generous allowance.
• You can buy a hotspot hub with a sim card which will allow you to connect to internet data. This option would allow you to select the operator with the strongest signal for your location eg. your phone contract might be with vodafone, but if the signal at your caravan is much better on the O2 network then it would make sense to buy an O2 hotspot for use at the site.
